1. Publisher and controller
Tibumo Play: Traffic Jam and tibumo.com are published by APPLODI STUDIO LIMITED, Room 5017, Floor 5, Yau Lee Centre, 45 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.
2. Children and accounts
The app does not ask for or collect a child’s first name, surname, age, email address, phone number or account. It contains no advertising, advertising identifier, advertising tracking or intentional cross-site tracking.
3. Local data and future purchases
Progress and settings remain on the device. If purchases become available, Apple or Google will process transactions and restoration under their store terms; APPLODI STUDIO LIMITED will not receive payment-card details.
4. Limited app usage statistics
In native production builds, a self-hosted Matomo service produces internal aggregate usage statistics that are not linked to a child’s identity. Events cover limited product interactions such as opening the app, choosing a world or chapter, requesting a hint, completing a level, and future purchase or restoration outcomes. No child name, account, advertising identifier, exact puzzle answer or free text is sent.
Matomo may also process limited technical data, including a masked IP address according to the configuration in use. These statistics are not presented as totally anonymous.
5. Website statistics
The tibumo.com website also uses APPLODI STUDIO LIMITED’s self-hosted Matomo service for internal page-view and interaction statistics. The website tracker is configured without Matomo cookies. It may process limited technical visit data, including a masked IP address according to the configuration in use.
6. Purpose and sharing
These statistics are used only to understand and improve the app and website. There is no sale of data, marketing sharing, advertising or intentional cross-site tracking.
7. Contact and deletion requests
A parent or guardian may contact APPLODI STUDIO LIMITED at the postal address above to request access to or deletion of technically identifiable data, where applicable. Because the statistics contain no child account or forced user identifier, it may not be possible to associate a particular event with a person.
