1. Publisher and controller

Tibumo Play: Sokoban and tibumo.com are published by APPLODI STUDIO LIMITED, Room 5017, Floor 5, Yau Lee Centre, 45 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.

2. Children and accounts

The app does not ask for or collect a child’s first name, surname, age, email address, phone number or account. It contains no advertising, advertising identifier, advertising tracking or intentional cross-site tracking.

3. Local data and network access

Progress and settings stay on the device. Game images, sounds and core play are bundled with the app. Network access is used for limited internal statistics, the initial purchase or restoration through the Store, and external links opened from the adult area.

4. Limited internal usage statistics

Configured native Release builds use a self-hosted Matomo service for product-interaction statistics not linked by the app to a child’s identity. Events may cover opening the app, viewing a world or chapter, starting or completing a level grouped by chapter, using a hint, viewing premium information, or a generic purchase or restoration result. The app does not send a name, account, locale, advertising or device identifier, exact level or puzzle, board, solution, moves, duration, parental code or answer, transaction, receipt, SKU, price or free text.

5. Technical visit data

The app sends no Matomo cookie, forced User ID or forced Visitor ID. A network request nevertheless exposes technical data such as an IP address and User-Agent. Depending on the active server configuration, Matomo may process a masked IP address, technical Visitor ID, approximate location, visit logs or cookies. Retention, purge and backup settings have not all been independently verified, so these statistics are not described as totally anonymous. Matomo ingestion has been verified for iOS; equivalent Android Release behaviour is not claimed as independently verified.

6. Website statistics

tibumo.com also uses APPLODI STUDIO LIMITED’s self-hosted Matomo service for internal page-view and interaction statistics. The website tracker is configured without Matomo cookies and may process limited technical visit data.

7. Purpose and sharing

These statistics are used only to understand and improve the app and website. There is no sale of data, marketing sharing, advertising or intentional cross-site tracking.

8. Contact and deletion requests

A parent or guardian may write to APPLODI STUDIO LIMITED at the postal address above to request access to or deletion of technically identifiable data, where applicable. Because the app sends no child account or forced user identifier, it may not be possible to associate a particular event with a person.
