Terms of use
v1.0
Effective date:
1. Publisher and scope
Tibumo Puzzle and its presentation website are published by APPLODI STUDIO LIMITED (埃鐠樂狄有限公司), a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622. Registered office: Room 5017, Floor 5, Yau Lee Centre, 45 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. Company Registration No.: 80379487. Business Registration No.: 80379487-000-05-26-8.
These terms cover use of the mobile application, visits to its pages on tibumo.com and support provided by the publisher. Store purchases are also subject to the store’s terms. The website presents Puzzle and hosts its documents: no playable browser version is offered.
2. Children and adult responsibility
Puzzle offers logic games from age 2, with three difficulty guides: ages 2–3, 4–5 and 6 and over. These guides are not a personal assessment of a child. A parent or legal guardian selects a suitable path and accompanies the child, especially younger children.
Settings, purchases and external links are intended for adults. Access to settings is protected by an arithmetic task or parental code, depending on configuration. This protection does not verify a person’s identity or actual age and does not replace adult supervision or operating system and store protections.
3. Access and platforms
The iOS version for iPhone and iPad is in preparation; an Android version is planned. Mentioning a platform in this document does not mean it is already commercially available. Check availability, compatibility and system requirements on the store listing when it is published.
No Tibumo account or child account is needed to play. Games and their content are bundled in the app and can be used offline. Installation, updates, purchases, restoring purchases, visiting the website and sending a support request require the relevant network services.
4. Collection and progress
All 14 games are in Puzzle. Traffic, Routes and Sokoban are games in this collection, not standalone applications. The first 12 levels of each game in each of the three paths are free, totalling 504 levels. The collection contains 3,528 levels in total.
Progress, games in progress and preferences are stored locally. Completing a level opens the next according to the game’s rules. Buying additional content does not complete levels or remove progress requirements. Progress is not synced between devices.
5. One-time unlock and price
The iOS flow provides an optional, non-consumable in-app purchase without a subscription to unlock additional levels in all 14 games and all three paths. Each game does not need to be purchased separately. The price, currency and information displayed by the App Store before confirmation apply; these terms do not guarantee a universal price.
Apple handles billing and payment in this flow. The publisher does not collect card details in the application. A transaction that is cancelled, pending, refused or not recognised by the store does not grant access. The Google Play flow is not active yet; its terms will be specified before commercial availability.
6. Restoring purchases and refunds
On iOS, an adult can restore purchases from the parent area. A connection and the Apple account used for the purchase are required. This restores the access entitlement recognised by Apple. It does not restore local progress, a deleted game or a purchase from another store. Family Sharing depends on store eligibility and settings and is not guaranteed here.
To request a refund for a purchase billed by Apple, use reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support. Approval and refund conditions are determined by the store, subject to your mandatory rights. A refund or revocation may remove access to paid content. These terms do not exclude any applicable statutory refund, withdrawal or guarantee rights.
7. Local data and privacy
Local data may be lost when app data is deleted, the app is uninstalled, a device fails or you change devices. Current settings do not provide global deletion. Restarting a level does not delete all stored records. Operating system backups are separate from a Puzzle sync service; the publisher does not guarantee their existence or restoration.
The privacy policy distinguishes application data, website browsing, optional statistics, purchases and information voluntarily sent to support. Parents should avoid sending personal information about a child that is not needed to handle their request.
8. Permitted use and intellectual property
The publisher grants a personal right to use accessible Puzzle features for private family play and to browse the website. Access to content does not transfer ownership of software, text, illustrations, sounds, the Tibumo logo or mascot.
Respect the rights of the publisher and other rights holders. Do not redistribute the application or its content, resell access rights or bypass purchase protections. Reproduction, adaptations and commercial use require permission from the rights holder unless expressly allowed by law. Legally permitted activities, including mandatory rights relating to software, remain protected.
9. Availability, updates and liability
The publisher may fix, maintain or develop the application and website. Stores, networks and the device’s operating system may cause interruptions beyond Puzzle’s control. Continuous availability or compatibility with every device is not guaranteed. Changes remain subject to applicable rights relating to digital content and services and purchases already made.
The games are recreational activities, not a diagnosis or a guarantee of educational results. Adults adapt use to the child’s needs. No provision limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or the consumer’s mandatory guarantees or remedies.
10. Support, applicable rules and disputes
For technical difficulties or questions about these terms, contact APPLODI STUDIO LIMITED: contact[AT]applodistudio.com. Replace the [AT] marker with an at sign in your email application. You can also write to the registered office above. Refund requests for store-billed purchases must follow that store’s process.
Applicable mandatory rules, including consumer protections in your country of residence where their conditions are met, continue to apply. Contacting support does not remove your right to seek remedies before a competent authority or court. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or exclusive jurisdiction of a foreign court, nor do they create an unconfirmed mediation scheme.
11. Versions and changes
The version and effective date appear at the top of the document. Changes are published with a new version. Changes do not apply retrospectively to remove acquired or mandatory rights. The six language versions describe the same service; French is the drafting reference, without limiting information obligations in the language applicable to your relationship with the publisher.
