Choosing a path, returning to a game or solving a problem: practical guidance for parents.
What age can children start?
Paths begin at age 2: ages 2–3, 4–5 and 6+. These are difficulty guides. An adult can support younger children and choose the suitable path.
Which games are included?
Traffic, Routes, Sokoban, Tangram, Tidying, Mosaics, Mirrors, Gears, Water gardens, Symmetry, Dominoes, Balance, Marbles and Constellation.
Can you switch games within the same app?
Yes. All 14 games share the Tibumo Puzzle home screen. Choose another game to explore a new action or idea.
Is the app free?
The iOS offer provides free installation and 504 free levels: 12 levels in each of the three paths and each of the 14 games. Extra levels use one optional purchase. An Android version is planned; its purchase flow is not active yet.
Do I need to pay for each game?
No. On iOS, one unlock covers all 14 games and their three paths. There is no subscription. The applicable price is the one shown by the App Store before confirmation.
Do I need an account?
No Tibumo account is needed to play. On iOS, your Apple account is used to buy or restore access; it does not sync Puzzle progress.
Can children play offline?
Games and content are included in the app. Buying or restoring the unlock needs a Store connection. Games and progress are saved on the device.
Is progress saved?
Progress, games and settings are saved locally. When a game reopens, its menu returns to the remembered level. This is not cloud synchronisation: deleting the app or its data can remove the save.
Can a move be undone?
Games offer undo, restart and hints where available. Useful rotation and flip controls are close to the relevant pieces.
What does dark mode change?
Home, menus and settings change appearance. Game boards keep their original illustrations and colours: dark mode does not filter the games.
Does the app contain ads?
Tibumo Puzzle has no ads. The offer consists of free levels and an optional full unlock.
How do I access settings and purchase?
Settings are grouped in the parent area, protected by a calculation or a four-digit code, depending on the selected configuration.
A mobile application
Tibumo Puzzle brings together 14 games in a mobile app. The iOS version for iPhone and iPad is being prepared; an Android version is planned. Availability depends on publication in each store. This website presents the app: the games cannot be played in a browser.
Is a level still locked?
Choose the appropriate path in each game and complete the previous level to open the next one. The first 12 levels in each of the three paths are free. From level 13, the full unlock is also required. The purchase opens additional content; it does not complete levels for you.
Progress is stored on this device. There is no Tibumo account or progress synchronisation between devices. Restarting resets the current level without deleting all progress.
Settings for parents
Open settings from the home screen and pass the parental gate. Access is protected by an arithmetic question or a four-digit code, depending on your configuration. You can select the language, theme and available preferences. Purchases and external links are for adults; the parental gate does not replace parental supervision or store protections.
Purchases and restoration on iOS
The full unlock is an optional one-time purchase covering all 14 games and three paths, with no subscription. The App Store price and currency shown before confirmation are authoritative. Apple processes payment; never send payment card details to support.
If a confirmed iOS purchase does not appear, check your connection and the Apple Account used for the purchase, then open the parent area and select purchase restoration. A pending or cancelled transaction does not unlock the collection. Restoration recovers the access entitlement recognised by Apple, not local progress or a deleted game. An iOS purchase does not automatically grant access on Android.
To request a refund for a purchase billed by Apple, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple assesses eligibility under its rules and your applicable rights. The Google Play purchase and restoration flow is not yet available; no equivalent Android procedure is announced here.
Display, sound or a stuck game
Close and reopen the app and check for updates in the store. For sound, check the app settings, device volume and silent mode. Games are bundled and can be played offline; downloading, updates, purchases, restoration and opening the website require a connection.
If the problem continues, contact us with the device model, system and Puzzle versions, game name and steps that reproduce it. Avoid uninstalling the app for a minor issue: local data may be lost. We do not offer remote restoration of progress.
Data, statistics and rights requests
Games and preferences remain on the device. Current settings do not include a global deletion button. To manage this data, use your system’s storage features; uninstalling and system backups have different effects depending on the device. We cannot remotely erase local data we cannot access.

Requests should be sent by a parent or adult. Describe the problem using only necessary information. Do not send a child’s name or photo, actual age, password, parental code or card number. Hide personal details in screenshots. A transaction reference may help with a purchase issue; avoid sending a complete receipt containing unnecessary information.
